Lunchbox snack

While I'm on the subject of the kids' lunchboxes, I thought I'd add my new recipe for snack mix. While I love potato chips, I'd rather give the kids a crunchy snack that's not a total void of nutrition. In particular I like snack mixes that include cereals, which are fortified with vitamins and minerals. I've made several versions of the traditional savory Chex mix. But here's a version that's a little sweet, thanks to the sweet crackers and M&Ms

2 cups Golden Grahams cereal
2 cups plain Cheerios
2 cups honey flavored mini bear cookies
1 cup potato sticks or 1 cup pretzel sticks
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar (white or brown)
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 cup raisins or craisins
1/2 cup dark chocolate m&ms
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together cereals, bear cookies, potato sticks or pretzels in a large bowl. Combine butter, Worcestershire, sugar and cinnamon and pour over cereal mixture. Toss to combine. Coat a baing pan with cooking spray and spread cereal mixture evenly. Bake six minutes, stir and bake another six minutes. Let cool. Add raisins or craisins and m&ms.

The Nike Shox NZ 2.0 SI is great shoe Tiger Shoes for heavy runners and walkers. If you are a big man, the Nike Shox NZ 2.0 SI will work a lot better than the Nike Max Airs. If you have never worn Nike Shox before, Franklin Marshall Store then you will need to know that the shoe is not as comfortable right out of the box. You must "break your Shox in". Once the Shox are broke in, D&G sunglasses they tend to be more comfortable and durable for heavier people. Lighter people may want to stick to the Nike Air Max shoes.
